This morning at 5:15 am while I was gawking at the gorgeous full moon reflecting on the lake, I spotted two great horned owls at the top of the willow tree hoo-hooing at each other.
I made this at the airport a couple of hours later. When I told my owl story to an eight year old who stopped to watch me draw he said “what a beautiful inspiration!”
